While we feel confident that you will love our products, we still offer returns, exhanges, and even refunds just in case.
Geneva Lake Bait and Tackle, Inc. will accept returns and refund your credit card in the amount of the product. Shipping and handling will not be refunded.
If an exchange is requested and the amount of the new order is less than the original order, we will refund the difference to your card.
If an exchange is requested and the amount of the new order exceeds the original order, you will be requested to place a new order and we will refund your credit card in the amount of the product (not shipping and handling) from your original order.
